After starting with a gentle heart opener, this class progresses to open the front of your hips, thighs and shoulders. Flow into a standing sequence including warrior poses, triangle and crow pose, and finish with some moderate backbends, including locust pose and camel pose. Twist it out and relax into savasana with a wide open, expansive heart.

Explore Your Edge to Find Your Center

Sometimes in order to find our center, we need to venture out to our edge - that space where we explore our perceived limitations and push through them. This class will start with some spine mobilization and strengthening, progressing to a standing sequence full of twists, hip openers, side body lengtheners and core work. We'll finish class with some moderate back strengthening and a juicy hip opening series before savasana.
